Fall 2018 Scholarship Policies

Scholarship books for the fall, 2018 term are due to the El Dorado Bookstore no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, December 14, 2018 unless previous accommodations have been made with the bookstore before the deadline. Books returned after the December 14 deadline through 5:00 p.m. January 18, 2019 will incur a 10% late charge. After January 18, 2019 the student will be responsible for the full cost of the book including sales tax.

Student will also be accountable for:.

• Lost or stolen 
• Wet or water damaged 
• Abused books - reasonable wear is expected 

The following are permitted within reason: 

• Highlighting is permitted 
• Note taking is permitted 

If you drop a class – return those books immediately. Another student may need them and you don't have to worry about them. 

Removing pages is not permitted unless you have confirmed with the bookstore it is considered a consumable book
